Product Sales Representative

The Product Sales Representative is a newly established role that is responsible for developing sales prospects at Fortune 500 companies, ideally at, but not limited to and selling the firm’s privacy compliance tool suite, NT Analyzer. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience, knowledge of TCP-IP protocol stack and use of third party SDKs in mobile apps.  This role will be responsible for lead generation, lead quality oversight and facilitation of legal team engagement with prospects. 

The Product Sales Representative will report into Practice Services and work closely with the NT Analyzer executive committee.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
  • Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points back to the development team
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
  • Coordinate with other regions on product marketing and selling opportunities
  • Occasional travel may be required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or software field
  • Two or more years of experience in software development or network administration
  • Three or more years of SaaS sales experience, privacy tool experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced project management skills

Competencies:

  • Exceptional communication skills, able to communicate between leads’ technical and business teams
  • Knowledgeable in global cybersecurity regulations
  • Exerts confidence and credibility
  • Third-party sales experience a plus
  • Knowledge of TCP-IP protocol stack and use of third party SDKs in mobile apps a plus
