Administrative Assistant, Practice Services

The Administrative Assistant will support leaders within our Practice Services department. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Travel coordination and accommodations, including international travel
- Calendar management
- Submit expenses through online system
- Organize and prepare agendas and meeting logistics for department meetings
- Creation of Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and executive summaries
- Compose, edit and organize documents, forms and correspondence
- Proofread documents for content, grammar, and accuracy
- Upload and download documents to electronic format; create and maintain files
- Work closely with practice services department leaders to provide project-based support as needed
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience, a plus
- Attention to detail, accuracy, responsiveness and excellent organizational skills required
- High level of proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with Office 365, a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrate good judgment and accountability for delivering excellent service
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills; both written and oral
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Professionalism, personal integrity and high degree of confidentiality
- Ability to adapt in an ever changing environment, including the ability to prioritize
- Confident interacting with all levels of the organization, both legal and administrative
- Reliable, flexible and a can-do attitude in all situations is essential
