Digital Marketing Coordinator

The role of Digital Marketing Coordinator is to provide support across all digital channels, including firm’s website; intranet sites; online video; social media; mobile; e-marketing; and search engine optimization. The Digital Marketing Coordinator works closely with Norton Rose Fulbright’s marketing, IT, and other business services departments.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Guide firm lawyers and personnel through the development and management of digital marketing activities related to content promotion and campaign management
  • Advise firm lawyers and personnel as to the appropriate format and digital channels for their content
  • Write and optimize content for all our channels; ensure consistency across channels in terms of brand and tone of voice, structure and format
  • Producing imagery
  • Scheduling posts at appropriate times to ensure high engagement rates
  • Providing training as required
  • Provide guidance around SEO and keyword optimization. Collaborate with the US Communications team and the brand protection manager to mitigate risks of negative press
  • Monitor, analyse and regularly report back on digital marketing activities
  • Work with the CRM team to create relevant and meaningful benchmarking for our digital activities
  • Have a good level of commercial awareness and the wider market
  • Provide competitive analysis where appropriate and keep up to date with the latest trends and issues in digital marketing
  • Collaborate with the marketing, design and business development teams on joint initiatives
  • Provide reports on the success of digital campaigns
  • Support the management of US and/or Global digital campaigns and projects, working with global digital counterparts
  • Support the management for US digital technology initiatives, including communication with the global IT teams
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the interactive marketing senior manager, director of communications, global head of digital or the chief marketing officer

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing or communications
  • A high level of data entry proficiency, as well as a high attention to detail
  • An advance knowledge of HTML
  • Highly skilled at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with all social media networks and social media content management tools (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube and others)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong research and analytical skills
  • Experienced in a professional services environment
  • The ability to embrace new technology and keep up to date with current trends in digital marketing and social media
  • Possess a business sense and an understanding of our clients’ objectives and marketplace
  • Client-service capabilities and experience working with all levels of an organization
  • Results driven, self-starter, team player that works well under pressure
  • Willingness to work additional hours in the execution of his/her duties
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels
  • Flexible, responsive and constructive approach to competing demands
  • Confident and resilient attitude
