The Houston, Dallas, or Austin (preference is for the candidate to reside in Houston) is seeking a lawyer with 2 or more years of experience to join the IP Disputes practice team.  The candidate should have an Electrical Engineering degree, with relevant experience in wireless communications, devices, components, and/or standards preferred.  In addition, the candidate should have excellent academic credentials in addition to strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with judicial clerkship experience preferred.  The candidate should also be admitted to and in good standing with the Texas Bar.

The Washington office is seeking a lawyer with five (5) or more years of experience to join the healthcare and life sciences section of the Regulations, Investigation, Securities and Compliance practice on a part-time flexible basis (~30 hours a week).  The ideal candidate will have experience in False Claims Act qui tam litigation, government investigations, and healthcare regulatory/compliance matters.  The candidate should be self-motivated and have developed excellent analytical, problem solving and leadership skills, be organized and have the desire and ability to take ownership of client matters. Candidates with significantly more than five (5) years of experience will be considered, including candidates who may have taken a break from their legal careers, served in-house, or are interested in a position that does not require progression to partnership.
