The Washington office is seeking a lawyer with 3-5 years of experience to join the Healthcare Transactions practice.  The ideal candidate will have prior work experience within a major law firm working on health care regulatory and transaction matters, including Medicare/Medicaid certification, coverage and payment, compliance, and self-reporting matters.  The candidate must have strong academic credentials, is self-motivated and has developed excellent analytical, problem solving and leadership skills.

Healthcare Disputes lawyer

The Washington office is seeking a lawyer with five (5) or more years of experience to join the  healthcare and life sciences section of the Regulations, Investigation, Securities and Compliance practice on a part-time flexible basis (~30 hours a week).  The ideal candidate will have experience in False Claims Act qui tam litigation, government investigations, and healthcare regulatory/compliance matters.  The candidate should be self-motivated and have developed excellent analytical, problem solving and leadership skills, be organized and have the desire and ability to take ownership of client matters. Candidates with significantly more than five (5) years of experience will be considered, including candidates who may have taken a break from their legal careers, served in-house, or are interested in a position that does not require progression to partnership.
